BlockedAttemptAudit	The single writer of the "an attempt was refused" audit records (ChangeType.MARKER_REUSE_BLOCKED, ChangeType.REMOTE_RUN_BLOCKED, ChangeType.TRIGGER_BLOCKED), with a bound on how often one repeated attempt may append (S-21).
FileStore	File-based Store rooted at $JENKINS_HOME/batch-control/.
IncidentSummary	One line of the monthly incident index (incidents/index/YYYY-MM.jsonl).
Period	The time range of a page query (security-10 S-03): only records inside it count toward the query's record cap.
